Malti moved to England from India in the 1980s to pursue her nursing studies, bringing with her a holistic approach to patient care. Trained at St Mary’s Hospital, London, she spent a decade in the NHS, rising to senior roles including neurosurgery theatre sister at the Royal Free Hospital. She later expanded her expertise at the London Clinic, working alongside leading plastic and cosmetic surgeons.

In 1998, Malti founded Harley Street Treatments Ltd as Clinical Director, establishing a medically-led, results-driven clinic renowned for its advanced anti-ageing treatments and clinical excellence. Under her leadership, it became London’s go-to destination for aesthetic care.

Now, with MALTI AESTHETICS in Notting Hill, she continues to deliver cutting-edge treatments while mentoring the next generation of practitioners through foundation and advanced courses, as well as hands-on shadowing opportunities. Malti has published widely, designed Britain’s first university-credited Mesotherapy Course, and is a sought-after speaker at national and international conferences.
